I don't think this is an original. I'm pretty sure this is based on a comic in which an Elf girl gets involved with an Orc man who keeps saying things like "Oh no I'm going to be raped by your huge, hot, throbbing orc dick!" etc, and the Orc is just like ".....Look, I ain't gonna do anything like that, ok? A lady shouldn't say such things. You should get out of here." I don't know anything about the comic outside of that, but I'm pretty sure the orc guy looked like that.

It certainly looks like the two from 'A Friendly Orc's Daily Life.' Which amused me immensely for the two minutes it took to read.
