The "B" is NOT her cup size... that's just "B" for "Bust" as "W" is "Waist" and "H" is "Hips". The classic three measurements of the female form.
For those not metrically inclined, here's the inches;
Bust: 38.9", which would be rounded up to 39, BUT as there are no odd numbered bras, it would be rounded again to an even 40".
Waist: 24"
Hips: 36.6", which could be rounded up or down....

From the Maken-Ki wiki, Akaza's cup size is "H" in the EU measurement...

That makes her American bra size about.... 44G.

(If you thought that her bust measurement at 99cm was too small for her, well, that may be so, but I don't know her height to compare it to)
