Agreed. The Rope is clearly to short/high. She would have needed to step on a Chair for her Neck to reach the Noose actually.
Well likely she had - and the Chair fell down into the Space below when the hatch of the Gallow/Scaffold opened.

I think it's much more notably of how young the hanging Girl looks. She sure has grown huge Breasts, but her Face looks so childish that she could still be fourteen or fifteen. This would also fit how stupid she appears in the Panel further up, like she is "stupidly running her Mouth" about something - for which she is likely paying dearly after it.

Shows of how arrogant and evil the Society around her is. But hey,
"they" are the People who lose a beautiful, young Woman with a very voluptuous Body, right?
