Michael's Stand is Mo Money Mo Problems. It creates a double of a person, with its power and skill linked to that person's material wealth. That double then starts to fight the original. The richer a person is the more powerful the double. It also carries whatever weapons the target was wielding at the time.
Franklin's Stand is Where Da Hood At. It is a humanoid Stand that starts as a single gangbanger wielding a gun. Based on the Stand's proximity to the closest 'hood it becomes able to create duplicates of itself that all look differently but still have a theme going for them (in this case, green clothing).
Trevor's Stand is Lucy in the Sky, a crop duster that can fly on its own. It can spray its opponents with a cloud that puts them under the effect of a drug of the Stand user's choice. It has dials in the cockpit that allow it to use any drug known to man.
