Actually, that's a fairly accurate recreation of the RMB-93. It does in fact have the barrel on the bottom like that.

Think we caught her mid-pump, too? The RMB's one of those with the 'forward-then-back' movement, for the action, if I'm not mistaken...

Man, the Russians...they take a lot of ideas into consideration, tinker with just about everything... Not counting this particular suppressor, I think.
