is this actually explicit? help page says any image where the penis or vagina is exposed... but that's not exactly a penis. Feels like it should be questionable tho I might be wrong. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Anon1, please be sure to refer to the "howto:rate" wiki page, as it currently holds much more information on the rating-levels than the help page.
