If the question is "does this count as a threesome?" then, unless it is specifically stated to be the sakuyamon from Tamers, the answer is no.
There are more than one sakuyamon in existence.

Oh, God... The possibilities if this WERE the Tamerd Sakuyamon. Considering that this is Ruki/Rika and Renamon fused together, and Ruki/Rika herself is naked... That's two for the price of one, basically.
