I'm pretty sure this is just random pixiv art and not from a particular doujin the artist did. Surf pixiv a bit and you'll learn pretty fast that just because images have text in them doesn't mean they're from an actual doujin.
On another note smooth move on Keiichi's part for going with Rena now he doesn't have to worry about Shion killing him out of jealous for picking Mion over her. Then again maybe both twins will team up and kill him because he picked Rena and not one of them. Long story short the people of that town are bat shit crazy.
