there's certain criteria to tell where a futa should theoretically pee and cum from, anatomically speaking.

no balls, yes clitoris: urine and cum both come from the vaginal urethra between the vagina and clitoris.
no balls, no clitoris: urine and cum both come from the penile urethra exiting at the head of the penis.
yes balls, yes clitoris: cum can come from either urethra; depends what part orgasms. urine comes from the vaginal urethra
yes balls, no clitoris: i've never seen this combination in futanari ever. I don't think this is a thing.
