There was a timestop/sex discussion on the forum i go to a cple years ago.
Basically the argument fell into 2 main possibilities:
1. People frozen in time would take on the physical qualities of rock, since everything(including the atoms and molecules that we're made with) would be stopped, thus it would be impossible to have sex with them. (try pusing your dick thru rock..see how well that works)
2. Their bodies would still be pliable and "soft" but w/o muscle contraction/control, after a cple thrusts you'd have "opened up" their pussies/assholes, and it would'nt feel all that good.

Anon 2 Well, there is the third possibility that he is just sped up. Which would mean the friction would literally burn whatever he touched including himself. Of course it could work on the same rules as Quicksilver from the new Xmen, that he's not really sped up s much as controlling his own presence in the fourth dimension. Meaning things he touches operate on his speed So he could speed up individual parts of a body without the whole thing, but then again, you're talking no circulation there....... Meh, I'll just live in my clock-stoppers fantasy anyway.

If speeding up to the point of effectively removing yourself from everbody else's perception of time is the most viable/logical way to get a time-stop scenario working, your point of basicly burning up whatever you touched due to the friction (because of speed diff) would be a very real concern.
And if that dosnt come into play, i'd want to know just how much time would pass between one of your "actions" and everybody else (including your target) beginning to notice something happening..

You wouldn't be able to move because it's all around you, and you wouldn't be able to breathe because the air wouldn't be able to enter or exit your lungs.
I've given time-stop a lot of thought, and I haven't been able to come up with a concept of it that works very well for sex.

In scenario 1, you missed another important factor that needs mentioning. Air. If everything is frozen in time, the air would also be solid as a rock. You wouldn't be able to move because it's all around you, and you wouldn't be able to breathe because the air wouldn't be able to enter or exit your lungs.
I've given time-stop a lot of thought, and I haven't been able to come up with a concept of it that works very well for sex.

ill just spoil it for u all sorry :( its an actuall comic and in this comic this guy makes a deal with this lil devil thing. and the devil thing grants him the power of being completely un noticeable, so this guys goes around and fucks all these girls while time moves normally. but because nobady notices him he can get away with fucking lil girls of all ages while they go about their normal lives. and since hes technically not there wen he cums inside of them it doesnt affect their bodies seeing as hes technically not there. but wat happens is he goes back to devil thing sad and wen asked "wats wrong? u dont like being unnoticable?" he says " no i dont like that i cant post my videos on the internet" so he gets turned back to normal so he can post his videos but wen he does the police come and arest him all the while 100s of lil girls magicaly become pregnant and shit. its a really awesome comic :)
