This guy currently has two CG collections. The one this is from is good, though short, but the content is hard and great for fapping. His newer one really sucks, I think there's only one good pic from it that I'll be uploading later. It's a shame, I was hoping it would be hard as this one, oh well.

You beat up dudes and blackmail a "hero" into being your sidekick/bait so you can sneak up on badguys who are busy kicking his ass, and after beating them up, kick the guys you beat up in the balls repeatedly for fun, then after a bunch of assaults under your belt, say fuck the law and electrocute a cop/best-friend of your new injured "sidekick" on a whim, all in the first episode you're introduced.
