or he knows anatomy and thats just his art style...every artist has a specific way they draw, its kind of like a calling card in essence.

Uh, no. Yes, stylistic exaggeration exists, but there is a foundation under which artists pronounce various features. There are other artists under the league_of_legends tag with fantastic understandings of how anatomy works and stylize to their advantage, but this falls in with the multitudes of shit fan art LoL accumulates.
