Actually this is from season 2, nothing but a series of fan service episodes. She loses her memory and finally gets intimate with him. But right as she's about to start riding him she gets her memory back, becomes incredibly embarrassed, and nearly kills him. I swear, if the guys were beating the girls the way the girls beat the guys in this series, folks would be crying "violence against women!". But since the girls are beating the guys coupled with the fact that the guys are perverts, it's considered alright. :( (Sexists)

I hate ecchi scenes like this because the guys always look so damn scared. I mean come on he's got the sexiest girl in the show (debate me on this) topless and on top of him and not once does he try to touch her. This is a running theme in almost of these sexually explicit anime. The girls are super aggressive and the dudes are just scared, make it make sense.
