They purposely re-used it because it signifies meaning.

Just as Kirei learned about the Grail war, he now teaches someone else in the same manner.

It's symbolic. You should feel happy, not sad.

The Fate series has tendency to do this sort of thing for symbolic reasons. Another example would be in the first season of the first season of Fate Kaleid Prisma Illya where Rin stands looking down at Illya in the same way Saber did to Shiro in Fate Stay Night when he first summoned her. This trilogy really loves these allegories.
