Godzilla would win, naturally. To be fair to Gipsy Danger though, it is faster than Godzilla, but at best, it's a marginal advantage. There are only two ways it would win against the King of Monsters - the first is if they had the oxygen destroyer that killed Goji from the first Godzilla film from 1954, lured him into the sea, and wreak havoc on Godzilla. The second, but more impractical means, is for Gipsy to use its speed advantage and maintain pressure on Goji, but that's easier said than done.
Groot would win against Ryu for the same reason as Gipsy and Godzilla, Ryu is fast and skilled but Groot is stronger than average to compensate. If Ryu were to activate his Satsui no Hadou, then maybe he would stand a chance, but he would need to go all-out before Groot suffers a loss, and like Gipsy and Goji, he would need to use his speed advantage to the max to win.
Big Boss would win. Bats is crafty to the extreme and has access to fantastic gear, but Big Boss is a soldier. Bats is highly skilled in combatting his opponents both psychologically and physically, but Big Boss has seen and done things that would make less steely men crack, he's trained to withstand anything his enemies can throw at him whether it be bodily harm or casting doubt on his own personal beliefs. Besides, Bats would never take a life or use a gun unless in absolute dire straits, on the other hand Big Boss can, and will, apply lethal force when faced with hostile intent, as any real soldier would.

Not sure the Oxygen destroyer would still work on Godzilla anymore, it's been 60 years since that ploy worked...... but my hat is seriously off to you for knowing that.
Groot wins. Not to comic geek out on ya, but according to the Marvel Wiki, Groot can brawl with Hulk and make a good showing. Now, I know that is "Marvel Cinematic Universe" Groot, but he still survived one hell of a blast while protecting everyone else... so... I love Ryu and all, but he's out of his depth here.
Batman wins. It's the Goddamn Batman. Don't you know his superpower? He's the coolest, baddest S.O.B. in the room.

Groot wins: if you have doubts, just rewatch the scene when they enter Ronan's ship.
Big Boss wins: although I too would like to call it draw or Batman's win, I have to be impartial and watch it for their abilities and strenght. What Batman lacks, Big Boss have it. Experience and killing intend. He will pull the trigger or cut your throath without hesitation, while Batman can't kill anyone because of his rule. And Batman fights for justice and to stop wrongdoings. Big Boss fights to win the war and survive in the deepest hell. Although Batman is way in front of Big Boss in martial arts, he isn't cut out to fight with a war survivor who will no doubt to kill you if you give him a minimum chance.
