I mean, if you look at the other images it's pretty obvious that JK enjoys the abuse to some extent, whether because she loves JC that much or she's just a total masochist.
I like to imagine that JK actually feels guilty about enjoying their relationship and hates herself for "corrupting" a young girl with her desires. Not really supported by the other stuff in the series, but... a man can dream.
