Don't be so sure, Anon5. Many powerful Uchihas have been able to do precise prowess with weak eyesight, specially the regular mangekyô sharingan users. Remember how Itachi's eyesight was when he engaged Sasuke intending to die ?
Nice work from the artist on making us hard to see Sarada's MS pattern, by the way. After all, it's unlikely we'll see her awaken it during the events of the future mini-series (too short).

Actually looking at the enlarged version, I don't see any unique Mangekyo design; just normal Sharingan.

Female Uchihas are not necessarily girly. For instance, an interesting fact about past uchihas revealed in the anime via flashback illustration of an explanation of Itachi's is that the inventor of Izanami was a female Uchiha with MS.
