Sort of... The Type 26. It wasn't directly a copy of the Webley or Enfield, but was visibly similar... It was supposedly designed in the same manner that a lot of made-up or inaccurately modeled guns are in some FPS games; the term "Franken-gun"...take bits and pieces of different designs and somehow manage to make them work together...but the only things that really look close are the couple of American and British top-breaks revolvers.
