I'm pretty sure this is not shota. The artist doesn't have this tagged as such and also the picture set he uploaded has a tag for Shiki along with the rest. All the other characters in the tags are accounted for in the set except Shiki, which leads me to believe this is a purple haired Shiki(KomachiXShiki a common pairing so it makes sense). The artist also doesn't do shota and the purple haired character clearly has small breasts but yet it isn't tagged as futanari on pixiv. Although he has done futanari stuff before so it would not surprise me if this was his intent. I'm going to tag it as futa until someone comes up with a argument that gives good reason why this should not be tagged as such.
