It's a stereogram, you have to cross your eyes until both images combine into one. Some parts of the picture should look somewhat 3D when you've managed to do it properly.

its not a troll its true i tried it myself to confirm, u cross your eye so that there are a total of three images the one in the middle being the one you focus on and if done correctly makes the image appear 3d. these things were pretty common in magazines and the like when i was growing up
