This animation is truly amazing. Very smooth and the ladies in it are extremely sexy. However after some analysis I think I've figured out what the underlying meaning is. I believe it's about addiction, more specifically porn addiction. Notice how at the beginning on his desk is a model of some kind. The same model that he straps on. Now in the beginning stages of addiction, everything is harmless and enjoyable. Then before you can even realize it, it's dangerous and crazy. Then comes the weird part. The girl in the pink hair is I believe supposed to represent what he viewed his girlfriend as. Sultry, sexy, pony-tail (blow-job hair) which explains the massive amount of semen that poured from her mouth. After going into a stress induced flashback we discover that he left her, likely for his addictions. This is where I believe that his girlfriend represents his life. His addictions start consuming him, and a life event wakes him up to realization. This begins his fighting back phase. He straps on his power suit (the hobby that distracts him from his addiction) and fights back. Soon realizing that the addiction is much more powerful than he had thought, it consumes his life and attempts to fight his addiction one more time resulting in failure and the destruction of himself falling back into the cruel arms of addiction. This also explains why at the end of the video he opens his eyes again. The brutal cycle of addiction where you come so close to going cold turkey but ultimately fail, causing you to start the process all over again.

It's pretty close to your idea in concept except replace "addiction" with otakus and leaving their real girlfriends for 2D masterrace. I think the suit and stuff is just a personification of his mental fighting back.

All of this is based on the lifestyle of the hikikomori otaku and what can do to a person by destroying relationships with other poeple, crushing your reality and at some point, controlling you just like Hana is now controlling Shuu and might be tormenting, toying and playing with him whenever she wants. So basically, Shuu belongs to "her" now, both body, mind, and soul and he'll never be able to tear himself away from her. Just imagine him waking up believing it was all a nightmare and becomes relived but feels someone next to him to turn over and seeing her face by his own bed as she tells him what's wrong.
