What
There's no way you could make those kinds of long clean cuts on a loose shirt like that, the fabric would just bunch up and be pulled along, and a fragile little blade like that would just get snagged and break in no time. Craft knives aren't that great against skin and fabric, anyway, since there's not enough of a cutting surface to do much more than scratch on a single pass, and applying enough pressure to draw that much blood would just snap the blade, especially against somewhere as elastic and pliable as the midriff. Not to mention how the shirt would just be a loose pile of rags with that many cuts in it, and even then, there's no way you'd get such well-defined patterns of blood unless you painted them on. Blood isn't remotely thick enough to trace lines across fabric on contact, it just gets sucked up in big round splotches, and it spreads out in a surprisingly wide radius. It'd look more like a damp, torn-up rag loosely sticking to her wounds, than anything. And don't even talk to me about the skirt.
All in all, C-, clearly enthusiastic but extremely slack on the actual details. It's kind of disappointing when an artist spends this much energy imagining and drawing this kind of scenario, when they've quite evidently spent very little time thinking about the reality of it. Like, you've decided to make it this much of A Thing for you, but you don't care enough to do the research? Feels so half-assed.

@Anon3
It is possible that the cuts were made before her shirt was unbuttoned. A good box cutter would have no trouble doing that. But why would you? Everyone knows it's more fun (and more safe) to rip open your lover's shirt before cutting them.
Regarding the blood, you are right in that blood soaking into fabric will not drip down like that. However, before it hits the fabric, the blood will drip. She is wearing a loose shirt so there is not constant contact. When she bleeds it will drip, and when the shirt comes into contact with the wound, it will soak up the blood and gain that effect.
