Nah, to tell the truth I don't really care for shippings and all that...

I just kinda enjoy teasing you Sasuke haters who got angry because main girl Sakura ended up with him and not Naruto who was in love with her and not Hinata.

As for Hinata, she was never more than random supporting character with little screentime who stalked Naruto because he was a loser like she.
She is basically Chichi of Naruto series.

Considering Sasuke and Shikamaru's flaws, I can sorta understand them needing girls like Sakura or Temari to straighten them out and get over their flaws as human beings. As for Sai, he's pretty much henpecked from what little we saw of him with Ino. Then again, Sai never really got much to do after his introductory arc so of course Ino would be the dominant one in that relationship.
