The Kamehameha is actually super easy to learn. Goku was able to do it after seeing Roshi do it once. Hell, Piccolo even did it once just to see if he could.

Trunks does display that he knows the kamehamaeha, though its kid trunks in the bio broly movie. But i agree with above anon that this is most likely the final flash. Bras hands are in the exact pose, but it can be pulled off with different hand positioning.
