However you want to count it, im sure this wont have a happy ending for the human girl.

Either her belly is going to burst from the amount of eggs being forced into her, or the baby arachne's are going to eat her alive from the inside out after they hatch.. Doubt she'll just birth them w/o issues or after-effects, if the artist is putting emphasis on her being impregnated like this..
