This is the cover to DJ Technorch's C87 release すごいきもちいい and based on his past album covers I basically assume he had it commissioned. Don't know though.

The previews he released are just as cheery as you'd expect from the title and this illustration though, that's for sure.

I understand people's disgust for guro and the like, but I just can't help but love it sometimes. This picture is great. I'd totally be willing to buy a physical copy of the album if I didn't live with family, I'm not hardcore enough to deal with that.
