We have seen Naruto's prosthetic arm. It's not showable and needs as a result to be covered in bandages. Since Sasuke's left prosthetic arm was created by the same Tsunade at the same time (assuming he picked it up later since he did not wait for it to leave on his redemption journey), it means his left arm should also be covered in bandages. Something many artists have considered in their art, but not this one it seems. That's why i talked about continuity failure. :p

Looking a little more carefully at Sasuke's wrist and ring finger, it seem there are some lines that could indicate arm wrapped in bandages, but I'm not sure.
