1) Leg stretching
Stretch the left leg, bend the right leg and lower the hips.
The boy tightly supports the girl with both hands so she doesn't lose her balance. The girl will be happy if you move your fingers as indicated in the picture in order to relieve stiffness in the crotch.
In case of difficulty holding the girl, grab hold of a protrusion for better stability.
2) Leg opening
Sit down on the floor, open legs, lean the upper body forward.
The boy fixates the girl's legs and supports her forward leaning. It's possible that the girl's face will make contact with the boy's penis; in this case, you may want to say that it's a tongue exercise and make her lick it.
Push down on legs from the top so they won't bend.
