ballbusting tags are either tamakeri or cbt. This looks more like the former.

I think there needs to be one tag dedicated to ballbusting as a fetish. Doesn't necessarily need to be called "ballbusting" but as it is there's tamakeri, groin_kick, castration, cbt, and squeezing_testicles, everything's all over the place. Either tamakeri or groin kick should be removed since they mean the same thing. Maybe remove the cbt tag and add both a ballbusting and a penis torture tag.

Idk, just my 2 cents.
