I understand that Doujinshi doesn't always follow human biology but this is just to egregious to ignore. Sperm dies in seconds if it's not inside a human body.

How long did it take to collect an entire wine bottles' worth of semen? Minutes? Hours? Come on, this is high-school sex-ed, not rocket science.

Then I guess all those sperm banks are actually pointless and artificial insemination is impossible. All the resulting babies are just figments of our collective imagination, huh? Also'd make it kind of hard to look at swimming under a microscope if it died in seconds.

Sperm can live up to three days. The vagina is actually a very dangerous place for them to be in, because it's naturally acidic to guard against infection. Semen has chemicals in it to help protect them against this.
