Danbooru has it tagged "jinmonkan", which is a visual novel by Deeper, but the CG set from that game on e-hentai doesn't have this image in it. Either the CG set is incomplete, or Danbooru's tag is a red herring.

Update: Nevermind that, I suck cocks. This image IS in that CG set, but I missed it because it was two images straddling a page border. Will change the tags appropriately.
