I'm wondering if she did take his last name. I would imagine the whole clan thing would have her keep her own last name. In the anime it's implied Minato and Kushina are married and yet Kushina still goes by Uzumaki. This is most likely due to her clan's standing. Even in real life famous women such as actors and from famous family keep their names if they get married.
Even if we did get a Uzumaki_Hinata tag we would only be able to use it on pics using her part 3 designed when they're married. Plus just for searching reason I think we should also tag it Hyuuga_Hinata.
