That's not what the male DQ3 soldier looks like either.
He has pink armor too.

She's the priest from Dragon Quest 3 but his armor is a set called the Armor of Erdrick in Dragon Quest II which is known as the Armor of Radiance in Dragon Quest III. It's not specific to any class and thus the soldier_(dq3) is not needed.

To clarify for those who don't know, DQ III is the prequel to I and II. The armor is renamed to Armor of Erdrick (or Roto if you prefer) when the lead character from III becomes the legendary hero at the end.
