I've watched a bit of the OVA raw (since I don't believe anyone's subbed it yet); my Japanese is far from fluent, but what I picked up says that the protagonists are stranded on a deserted island with an unknown virus that only seems to affect women. The only (apparently temporary) cure is large quantities of the only dude's semen, without which they'll die and since he's the typical media portrayal of an otaku (fat, unattractive, wears glasses, and is presumably unemployed with bad hygiene), at least one or two women decided they'd rather die than fuck him.

This was a better boner killer in video too.

It literally happens in the middle of an h-scene.

The h-scenes are also handled weirdly. They get cut-off frequently and segued to another scene with another girl... only to continue at a later point in the episode.
