....Isn't that supposed to Ikusaba Mukuro dressed up as Junko?

I thought that the main difference between Junko!Mukuro and Real!Junko was the hair ties?

The original Junko has both Black and White Monokumas as her hair ties while Mukuro has a rabbit and red-white bow hair tie

The main difference between Junko!Mukuro and the real Junko is that Mukuro has freckles.
