False. As far as tagging on Gelbooru is concerned, futanari are required to have both male and female sexual organs. A character with no vagina is never a futanari. A character with a female body and only a penis is classified as a newhalf.

I just hate when people incorrectly tag futa just because the area for the vagina is not visible, so they call it newhalf. It's assumed futa unless you can see the lack of vagina.
