Well given Tsubaki divorced her husband but is still on more than friendly speaking terms with him, it wouldn't surprise me if the reason she split was because she was actually into girls. I wouldn't put it past her to enter into this kind of romantic relationship with Hana, though I do have to wonder how something like this affects Hana's relationship with Daichi.
