Officially her gender hasn't been listed so its more personal taste toss up for artists and fans alike.
I prefer dickless Poison as the logic that started all this debate, which was that it was more okay to beat a tranny then a woman doesn't sit well with me.

She was always a newhalf, that much is true. The reasons for it are argued back and forth constantly and frankly, I don't think there'll be a solid answer any time soon.

So why worry. Just accept that Poison is a mystery and have fun with her, regardless of what she is and why she is.
