I think the wooden horse can expand along those two hydraulic pillars. Probably it moves with a rocking ship like motion, massaging the semen or milk or whatever it is slowly into her.

- That's got to be the stupidest insemination technique I've ever seen.

- To be most effective you lay the girl on a padded gynecological examination table, her legs spread in stirups. Then elevating and pivoting her hips up at a 30° angle so the hot horse or k9 semen will naturaly flow into the her womb and into the fallopian tubes after its injected with a large 'turkey baister' syringe.
- A vaginal speculum inserted and ratchet open prior to syringe insertion would also make the task much easier and more interesting.

I think the pillars are designed more like a tensioning system. Since people come in all sizes, the pillars could start retracted, then once her calves are shackled to the floor, the pillars raise up to press the wooden horse tight against her crotch.
