We don't know yet, but someone in the fandom has a theory that Neo's eyes change color between 3 colors(often in heterochromatic pairs) as a way to convey emotion, as she's been mute thus far. I've heard it's likely due to a lack of a VA thus far.

her power is also related to mirrors, reflections, and the sort. Possible that at this point her power is in effect
