Not that I care about him, but honestly, Boruto impressed me more in that chapter 700, than Naruto in the entire manga.
As for this picture, I see Naruto still hasn't matured as person; no wonder I never took him seriously since Kakashi put his fingers in his ass.
Ah yeah, also hyperventilating for Sasuke, and relying on Kyubi's power for majority of story, not to mention Talk no Jutsu, and being a cheerleader of a guy who killed his parents and friends - Obito.

Sure, Naruto in this picture is a bit childish, but so what? Not every adult can act as childish as they want, especially with their kids. Having fun like this will strengthen the bond between father and son so i don´t see any harm in being immature once in a while.
And as for the Kyuubi power, sure, he rely on ít most of the time, but it´s not like that power came to him naturally. He was almost killed by it, go through hell to control it, lost his parent to have it... He got that power from courage and efforts.
In the end, the one who have to grow up is you, Psajdak! Naruto is the main character! Is the manga name is Obito??? F*@k no!!! If you hate Naruto that much then get the hell out of here.

Psajdak, bad mouthing other people´s favorite character is not something you should do, at least not in this site. I see that you like the manga very much too see you comment in a lot of picture, so just keep the negative thought of your under control, ok?

That said, you sure Naruto did not mature ? going from wanting to become hokage just to be acknowledge by fellow shonibi while doing pranks to attract attention, to debating about how to improve world-wide life while protecting as much life as he can even those he does not know or does not like, that's pretty maturing.
Now he stayed fun-loving and playful, but that's not being immature, that's just a personnality trait. That's the big difference between Naruto and Boruto (as long as Boruto is still a kid, of course) : Naruto will know when to swtich to serious mode and the consequences of whatever he does, when Boruto won't measure consequences of his actions fully, now THAT is immaturity (on Boruto's part).
Also, i believe when Naruto said Obito was coolest guy, pretty sure he only reffered to the real Obito, not his Tobi personna that came in between. He's one to recognize right away when someone is redeemed (proven with Nagato, Obito, and Sasuke)
