I like this artist's "body part closeup" work. Artists usually go through phases, and at galleries their current work will usually have a theme. I feel like this guy went through a "body part closeup" phase. Sort of an exploration in the female form. It's intimate, showing intimate parts up close. Yet there's no faces, so it's also anonymous and distanced. It just underlines the everyday plight of men and women staring at each other on the streets fantasizing about each other, but never really seeing each other (making eye contact). We are just staring at body parts, and masturbating over them when we get home like people are just a walking collection of body parts for us to objectify without any concern for them as a person.
