This is Gagaga Girl, not Dark Magician Girl. The kanji on the breast is the "Ga" is Gagaga.

Except that it isn't Kanji. The character is Chinese for "I" or "me", pronounced "Wǒ", but can be pronounced as as "Wa" or "Ga" in Japanese.

It's December right now but to hell with it.

Kanji literally translates to "Chinese character". Also if you want to get detailed there are no "Chinese", you have Mandarin and the derivatives.

"Wa" and "Ga" is correct but it also can be also pronounced as "Wa-le" in Japanese.
