There are a lot of Milotic in here. One normal color (3rd in second row), and five shiny color (last in first and second row, 1st, 5th, 6th in last row).

Also, two Volcarona.

The pattern on the scarf and stockings are the same as the pattern on Milotic's tail. Also the very long twin-tails are the same as Milotic's long eyebrow/hair.

The last row, third character is a female shiny Haxorus. This artist normally characterizes Charizard with something to represent the flaming tail (eg a scarf that's burning at the end)
