Godzilla has been 50, 55, 60, 100, and 108 meters (the one shown here). Never 120 or 140. 120 is, like, Super MechaGodzilla or Destroyah size. 140 is Biollante size, dude.

He has been that long, however. That might be where the confusion is coming from.
He's been from close to 100 meters in length up to 212 meters in length.

Biollante is 120 meters in height. She only seems to be bigger because Godzilla was 80 meters tall in that movie.
