I see a character request here.. While I can't be certain, the female character looks a lot like Yukino Miyazawa from His and Hers circumstances. You can see a picture of her at karekano.wikia.com/wiki/Kare_Kano_Wiki . The hair colour is a bit off, but the setting and face/hair style look identical.

Removing a space that seems to have been picked up accidentally changes the translation to:
叡・孝枡エッ干記念
which google translates to
Hie / Miao Electric memorial

It still doesn't make sense to me though.

I put in my own version of the translation as a note, but more literally its "First • School Sex (or really just something dirty/sex-related) Commemoration"
The last word is "kinen" as in "kinen shashin", what everyone says anytime they take a photo as a group or on some occasion. It's used way more than "commemorative photo" is used in English which makes it hard to translate in a non-awkward way.

Incidentally Google Translate renders this as "First school etch memory" lol
