This one was a real doozy to translate, so I figured I'd leave an explanation in the comments.
The first thing Isuke says (the rightmost pink bubble) is very difficult to translate directly to English, because it is supposed to have a double meaning. Literally, it translates to 'You've gotten very adept (at massaging)'. But it can also mean something a little more... suggestive. Haruki basically thinks Isuke has just admitted to being in love with her. I tried to keep the double meaning in the translation, but it simply does not translate well into English.
tl;dr it's yuri love.
