I actually remember seeing a manga like that once; this guy had cancer and found out he had like, a year to live, and... I guess crazy with despair, went around raping school girls. "What does it matter, I'll be dead soon anyway!" Iirc, it ended with him holed up in a building surrounded by a military team trying to bust him when his doctor calls him up and says something like, "oh, I made a mistake, you really have /10/ years to live!"

Which I guess is a fine way to lighten up your story about serial child rape. :/
