Characters name is majin lamp. Look her up. Artist - epe-tohri created the character from the DBxenoverse game. The Internet liked her idea and took it. It's not buu. It's Majin Lamp.

To correct myself epe-tohri actually created Majin Lamp before the beta release of Dragon Ball Online. January 20, 2009 is the date she posted Majin Lamp on her DeVian Art page.

@anon2, sometimes a statement has to be said to get a point across. Obviously there's a distinction between any random female majin and Epe-tohri's oc. This character had a very similar hairstyle to android 18's hairstyle. It also was not a hairstyle they had in the DBONLINE character creation for female majins. And perhaps the person who tagged this assumed it was Buu. Or just some random female majin. When in fact it's characteristics are spot on to a very famous female majin named Majin Lamp made by a female Fanfiction artist of DBZ and Dragon Ball Online, Epe-tohri.
Saying just any female majin is Majin Lamp is invalid. So I wasn't doing that for your enjoyment.
