My analysis of this situation:
Doesn't look like it'll end well for either team. The orange girl with the Splattershot and the orange squid up front are probably about to be splatted by the blue splattershot and paintbrush. Then the orange Charger in the back is going to nail Paintbrush and probably get Blue Splattershot before anyone sees her, and the ensuing firefight will be between the Charger, Orange Squid (no way of knowing what weapon s/he is using), Inkzooka, and Blue Squid (again, no way of knowing what weapon).

...I'm overanalyzing this because I just want this damn game to come out already, the testfire was so much fun. :( But yeah, Orange and Blue Splattershots are definitely screwed.
